Mr. Morganelli is Co-Founder and CEO of MCIT, which he has led for more than a decade, helping organizations navigate cybersecurity, managed IT and AI. Raised in Bethlehem and now living in Nazareth, he aligns technology investment with business outcomes, and serves on nonprofit boards and advisory committees focused on economic development, education and community impact.

Mr. DiFulvio brings more than a decade of IT leadership driving digital transformation at enterprise businesses across IT strategy, cybersecurity, cloud, infrastructure and AI. As Chief Agentic Officer at MCIT he brings that experience to small and mid-size businesses: understand the business first, then turn complex technology into practical strategy.

Dr. Glemser brings more than 20 years of experience in technology investing and operational leadership. He founded Glemser Technologies, which provides structured content AI tools and IT solutions to pharmaceutical companies, and has deep expertise in regulatory compliance and clinical labeling. In 2011 he renovated the historic Bethlehem Club building as a hub for technology innovation.

Mr. Snyder founded Snyder Tech in 2008, a boutique digital transformation company headquartered in the Lehigh Valley, PA. Since then he has helped businesses globally navigate digital transformation and AI adoption, modernizing legacy systems and implementing scalable technology. He founded Bethlehem Capital to back and build technology-led businesses in the region.
